Mark specialises in corporate and commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and project finance, reorganisations, all kinds of partnerships, contracts for the sale of goods and services, outsourcing, distribution and franchising agreements and international trade. Mark has 17 years’ experience as a solicitor; prior to that, he spent 10 years in the electronics industry, including two years in a commercial management position working on broadcasting and defence communication projects. In addition to his experience in engineering, manufacturing and technology, Mark regularly advises in the financial services, energy, transportation, hotels and leisure sectors. A high proportion of the transactions Mark advises on have an international dimension to them and he has many overseas clients, including a number in the CIS.

In the commodity trade he remains very active in the petroleum industry, agriculture and rare minerals and metals, and has allocations from end producers and refineries.
